Staff have always been polite and friendly. Food was nice, had the crispy potato wedges and a large latte. Didn't have to wait long, even the lady who served me offered to fill my water bottle up for free.

Giancarlo Coffee is a great stop for anyone who loves a strong, smooth, and flavorful coffee. The brews are rich and aromatic, made with quality beans that really stand out compared to standard coffee chains. The staff are friendly, quick, and clearly take pride in serving a good cup. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming—perfect for a quick coffee break or catching up with a friend. They also have some nice snack and pastry options that pair well with the coffee. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable spot for coffee lovers.

Thanks to the brilliant customer service by Sam my five hour delay didn't seem so bad. The coffee she made for me was delicious, smooth yet strong enough not to taste like milk as I have had many times. When I asked for an extra hot coffee that is exactly what I got, also a rare thing. To top it off I was carrying my water bottle and without prompting Sam thoughtfully asked me if I wanted it filled. I've been waiting in the airport for 3 hours, hence the time to write this. I just had a chai latte which was also hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend Giancarlo Coffee at the domestic terminal at the Brisbane Airport.
